I have been told a bit more about trade marks. There can be trade marks for the same word in different trading sectors. Polo as sweet or car for example.

The trade mark for InXpress Global Pte. Ltd relates to class 35 and class 39, franchise and freight. So there is no confusion with an internet cafe.

Seems clear enough. But I wonder if they could get an injunction without me knowing about it. there was no procedure to inform an existing domain - http://www.inxpress.co.uk - that an inxpress trade mark was being considered. I think this should be looked at if the 1994 legislation is updated.
