RGB Loop - central Exeter on YouTube

Rougemont Global Broadcasting is based on streets in central Exeter. It is mostly local media but some things could be anywhere. The loop is around the Phoenix Arts Centre as a source of tech resource, the Apple Store as consumer electronics, and the Castle and Cathedral as locations for events. Other YouTube clips have shown various bits of kit or performances or attempts to connect them.​
