As far as I know nobody has claimed that the lecture will vanish anytime soon.

It would just be calming if the Guardian Education pages sometimes had actual news about the MOOC as based in the UK. Please Jeff, bring some reality from New York.

Meanwhile the Guardian advertises master classes from the King's Cross campus. This is not part of digital first, methinks.
