There has been a comment on previous post with this diagram.
I can just about see that. Generalisition and management respibility is the one I find most difficult. I suppose it is theorising the general purpose? but presumably in Kolb it is theorising about the instrumental aspect of whatever the action is for as well.
So I'm encouraged to continue with this. Some of the words will be different and need to be explored. Turning the diagrams round may be confusing. But I will try to relate this to the Deming SIG project on a Model of Sustainable Organisation and the third conference on Management Theory at Work.
"Scientific Leadership" appears to be not the same words as "Management Responsibility" but if we understood the process a bit better they may turn out to be related.
