inxpress #inxpress freight archive internet cafe wayback machine to be destroyed?

Still thinking about inxpress etc.

I have found a link for the Wayback Machine from the Internet Archive

It comes from November 1996.

This is of interest for the people of Exeter I think. Part of local history.

Unless it turns out to be an April Fool joke that I don't find funny, the letter from InXpress Global Pte warns that there may be an "injunction ...destruction of all documents containing the infringing signs.."

How will this work. They could come to my house and destroy photographs of the shopfront ( now a Juice Bar by the way near Central Station)

But could they get to the Wayback Machine and falsify history if they get the domain? I think getting the domain may be at least part of their concern.
